Samsung is preparing a package of digital swag for early adopters of the Samsung Galaxy S5, that GottaBeMobile is reporting tops $500 in freebies and trial offers.

Samsung fans may remember last years launch of the Samsung Galaxy Note that including a digital swag package featuring a $50 Google Play store credit. So far it doesn’t appear that that’s in the cards but the package itself has some great stuff inside.

The Galaxy S5, like many devices released at Mobile World Congress, has a focus on fitness so many of the free apps are fitness related including a one year premium subscription to the popular RunKeeper.

Samsung wants users to stay up to date on the news so they’ve even included a free six month digital subscription to the Wall Street Journal and a free year long digital subscription to Bloomberg Business Week.

For the storage heavy Samsung is including a free three months of 1TB storage from Bitcasa along with 50gb free from Box.com.

Samsung is giving away all of this swag as a way for users to see how they can enhance their Galaxy S5 smartphone. The phone itself is feature packed and one of the most popular devices announced at MWC last week in Barcelona.
