While CEA hasn’t sent out an official release detailing the celebrities we’ll see at the upcoming International CES in Las Vegas, we’re sure that it will be just as star studded as years past. In the past few years alone we’ve seen Wil Smith and Kelly Clarkson at a Sony Press Conference, T-Pain at a CES event showing off his auto-tune app, Will I Am showing off a photography lover’s iPhone case and even Justin Bieber.
CEA just announced a panel where rapper 50 Cent will share the stage with Pandora Founder Tim Westergreen and Pebble CEO Eric Migicovsky on the new Experience CEA Stage.
The stage will feature live interviews with Gary’s Book Club authors and top industry guests — some conducted by Wall Street Journal and USA Today writers–along with keynote replays on the big screen and much more. The stage will be located in the Experience CEA booth in the Las Vegas Convention and World Trade Center (LVCC) Grand Lobby. Owned and produced by CEA, the 2014 CES, the world’s gathering place for all who thrive on the business of consumer technologies, will run January 7-10, 2014 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
“There are so many highlights of the 2014 CES that we want to bring them as front and center to as many attendees as possible,” said Karen Chupka, senior vice president of corporate business strategy and the International CES, CEA. “CEA’s mission is to foster innovation and grow the CE industry and this stage provides the perfect opportunity for us. It provides a high-level CES experience where attendees can stop by and hear directly from some of the CE industry’s top leaders and most prominent authors.”
50 Cent is no stranger to technology or CES. He joins Ludacris and Dr. Dre with his own line of headphones, and he’s backed other tech deals as an angel investor.
