Every year, there are a ton of great new products at the International CES. This year was no exception. From the ZTE, to LG, to Parrot booths, it seems like everywhere we went, there was something mind-blowing. This is great, and is the whole reason for CES. However, for those of us who are there to cover the event, it can often become an exhausting ordeal, akin to a marathon of sorts. It is important to take mental breaks throughout the show, so as not to completely burn out. As such, we always try to make it a point to check out the shows that companies sometimes put on at their booths. ZTE
The ZTE booth had a basketball theme going on. Throughout the course of the conference, the ZTE booth hosted several NBA all-time greats. Hall of Famers Clyde Drexler – Phi Slama Jama and Portland Trail Blazers fame – and Calvin Murphy – who holds the distinction of being the shortest player in the NBA Hall of Fame – made appearances, along with long-time Golden State Warriors big man Adonal Foyle. That’s not all. The ZTE booth also held daily trampoline dunk shows. We just so happened to capture one of these shows on video:
Parrot
Although Parrot was showing off a ton of different products, the company is known mostly for their drones. Every year, Parrot sets up a net-like area to show off their drones – think of those enclosures around the larger trampolines. Below is a quick video of one of their drone shows:
