Before the 2014 International CES, the new 2015 Ford Mustang was named the “Official Car Of The 2014 International CES.” I was a bit skeptical of the new design – thanks in large part to ‘leaked’ photos and concept pictures in articles like this one from ‘No Car No Fun!’ – but in person the Mustang is a pretty slick car. It’s no 65′ Fastback, but nothing is.
Anyhow, the new 2015 Mustang really stood out at CES. In an auto section that was full of bland efo-friendly cars, it was a great change of pace to come upon a powerful, American made, muscle car. There will three different engine variations available in the 2015 Mustang; the most powerful variation is the 5.0 Liter ‘Coyote’ V8, that pushes a whopping 420+ horsepower. On the opposite end of the engine spectrum, Ford is offering a 2.3 Liter 4 Cylinder Eco-Boost engine. The Eco-Boost engine touts efficiency along the lines of 40 miles per gallon. Perhaps the best part of the new 2015 Mustang is the price tag. Coming in between $25,000-$30,000, the new Mustang will be among the cheapest American muscle cars on the market.
We were just forwarded the below infographic from @KaylaEMatthews. The graphic does a great job of illustrating some of the new features of the 2015 Mustang, as well as highlighting the differences between it and some the Dodge and Chevrolet offerings.
