The nature of One Spark makes it so that many of the creator projects are in their infancy. Usually these projects are anywhere from a couple of weeks old to a year or so. However, this project, MamaBear, has been around since early 2012. MamaBear is a pretty unique application.
MamaBear is a parenting and family news application. What is family news, you ask? Well, MamaBear provides several different features for keeping up with the family:
With the MamaBear App you’ll:
– Know where they are. Enjoy the comfort of seeing your children’s current and previous locations. You can set up alerts if they leave places they should stay or visit places they shouldn’t.
And with the convenient “drop-off” feature you will receive an alert if you’re child leaves a designated area.
– Know when they speed. Driving alerts notify you if they go over a speed limit you set.
– Know what they’re saying. Stop spending so much time checking out their social media pages. Set alerts to monitor inappropriate language, cues for bullying and new friends.
– Know who they’re with. Get notified when they’re tagged in a photo or at a location.1
