What is TractionVC?

Tell us your founding story. Was there an “ah ha” moment?
As a product-guy, I fell in the trap like most entrepreneurs of working too much on the product and not so much on growth. When building a new feature, designing a newer version etc. you get instant satisfaction. It’s addictive. However, to build a successful startup you need growth. So I built TractionVC for myself and others who want to form a habit of working on growth, without doing less of what they love to do: building their product(s). TractionVC does the work for you of finding and organising ways to grow your business. All you have to do is subscribe, wait for the tactics and spend (little) time applying the step-by-step challenges that are explained in simple english.
Tell us about your founding team and their backgrounds.
TractionVC was founded by Karim Amrani.
Karim is s product guy, just like you, who used to fall in the trap of working too much on the product, rather than growth. I’m not a know-it-all online marketeer that magically will make you millions overnight. What I’ll be doing with Traction.VC is provide a systematic way that has helped me grow a couple of ventures after many years of trial and error.I’ll be helping product people form a habit of working on growth.
I figured the best way to help grow my ventures was by weekly focusing on just a couple of tactics. See which work, do more of those. See which don’t work, eliminate and learn. That’s it. No silver bullet, just hard and disciplined work.
