One of the most important things that a company can do is landing page optimization. However, this is often a strenuous task, especially if you have to outsource it, that can cost thousands of dollars. We just came across a company that takes a lot of the the stress and cost out of this process: UsersThink. We had a chance to ask the UsersThink team a few questions about their product:

UsersThink

What does UsersThink do?

Get actionable feedback on your landing page without any setup, coding or hassle. Give us a landing page to test and we’ll take care of the rest!

Who/what is your product aimed at? Who is the target user?

Anyone working on a new project, or wants to test a new marketing approach. Perfect for small teams, anyone working on a Startup or small project.

Why did you build you UsersThink?

There are lots of ways to get feedback, but they either require recruiting your own participants (can be hard to do if you’re just starting) or setting up your own questions and framework (can be impossible if you don’t know what to look for, and if you do is still a time consuming process). UsersThink takes care of both.

How is your product different from what is currently available?

Faster to get started (just need a landing page to test, that’s it) and easier to digest feedback (go through the responses from 12 people in less than 10 minutes total)

Tell us your founding story. Was there an “ah ha” moment?

Originally built the tool for my own use as a website usability consultant, and I realized it was so valuable to me that it might be even more so for someone without a usability or UX background, but still wants to make awesome things.

Tell us about your founding team and their backgrounds.

Solo founder/army of one, my background is in web usability, self taught from working for years in ecommerce. Branched out into website usability consulting, and have been hooked on helping people improve their websites ever since!

What’s the next step? What are your short-term goals?

Make sure more people find out about UsersThink, and get feedback on how I can better help entrepreneurs (are you surprised I’m interested in getting feedback?)
