Calithera Biosciences – Bio-Tech

Calithera BiosciencesCalithera Biosciences – $35M Series D Round (PDF) announced on 10/29/2013. Calithera Biosciences is a biotechnology company focused, on the development of novel cancer therapeutics. The round was led by Adage Capital Partners.

Rumble Entertainment – Gaming

Rumble EntertainmentRumble Entertainment $17.5M Series B Round announced on 10/29/2013. Rumble Entertainment was founded in 2011 with a mission to create the most engaging and fulfilling online game experiences on the planet. All of their games are free-to-play and available across browsers, mobile devices and social networks. The round was led by a strategic partner, Nexon Games.

RevenewRevenew$5M Series B Round announced on 10/30/2013. Revenew is a technology platform that enables a network of manufacturers, re-sellers and industry groups to promote brands and generate demand together through distributed marketing. The round was led by Allos Ventures.


Immune Design – Bio-Tech

Immune DesignImmune Design – $49M Series C Round announced on 10/20/2013. Immune Design is a biotechnology company focused on the development of novel immune-based therapies for cancer and other chronic conditions. The round was led by The Column Group.


Nomorerack – eCommerce

NomorerackNomorerack.com – $40M Series B Round announced on 11/1/2013. Nomorerack is an eCommerce shop that offers brand named apparel and accessories for up to 50-80% off retail price. The round was led by Oak Investment Partners and HTV Industries.


CENTRI Technology – Mobile

Centri TechCENTRI Technology – $13M Series B Round announced on 11/1/2013. CENTRI is a provider of mobile data optimization (MDO) and bandwidth management solutions that reduce network congestion and provide an enhanced user experience across all connected devices. The round was led by Angel Valkyrie, LLC – who’s website we were unable to locate.
